About Club QAP®
The McMahon Quality Assurance Program is designed for easy use by both members and management. Club QAP® is a web-based, survey link that is installed on your club's website. Members easily and quickly complete the short, on-line survey for dining or recreation activities. McMahon Group automatically tabulates the results on a 24/7 basis. Club QAP® computers provide immediate access for management.
The brief Club QAP® web-based survey is developed with each club's manager. Then McMahon uploads it on a Club QAP® website and provides a link to be placed on your club's website. Members are encouraged by way of email blasts, the club's newsletter, etc. to go on-line at any time to provide input on dining or recreation activities.
Club QAP® computers provide daily, weekly, monthly and annual analysis of your results. We provide comparisons with your club's past ratings once a club signs up for a 1 month trial and with ratings from McMahon Group's database from hundreds of other similar clubs. Club QAP® surveys have standardized and custom features that are created with management.
